First of all, thank you very much for purchasing our COB shelf Led Display, and thank you for your attention and recognition of Ocolour. Please read this manual carefully before use and carefully collect it after reading for future reference.
The COB shelf screen has two lengths of 300mm and 600mm. This manual mainly uses 300mm as an example.
The pictures in this manual are for reference only. The appearance, color, etc. of the product, please refer to the actual product.

COB, the Chip On Board package, is one of the recognized future packaging trends in the LED industry. Ocolour innovatively introduces COB technology into the LED display industry.
Compared with traditional SMD displays, COB displays have significant advantages:
1. Great protection, including anti-collision, anti-wear, waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-oxidation, etc.
2. The lamp bead is reflow soldered, and the lamp bead is completely eliminated. Therefore, the stability of the screen body is greatly improved, and the failure rate is extremely low;
3. Support front and rear maintenance, small size of unit board, simple maintenance and low cost.
The COB shelf Led Display is the new concept LED display that Ocolour proposed in 2014. It is a display screen specially tailored for the shelves of supermarkets and shopping malls.
Size: 60mm screen height, 300mm width splicing, matching most existing supermarket shelves design;
Display effect: the current high-end LED small pixel pitch, pixel distance is only 1.875mm, the display effect is suitable for close-up viewing;
Energy saving: the single screen consumes only 8W, and the electricity cost is only 0.1 yuan per day, which is in line with the environmental protection concept;
Control: It can be controlled by local computer and remotely controlled by network;
Protection: COB's unique ultra-high protection, no fear of bumps or frictions from the cart or the customer, no fear of accidental watering.

Under normal circumstances, the COB shelf screen is independently calculated with the power supply and control box. Our standard 150W switching power supply, each power supply can control 8 OC-SF-1.8 shelf screens (or 4 OC-SF-1.8Pro shelf screens).
Under normal circumstances, each OC-SF-1.8 shelf screen accessories include 1 short signal cable, 1 short power cable, 1 connecting piece, 2 alloy snaps (spring clips), and 4 fastening screws. 2 magnets, 2 plugs, 4 screws for plug fixing, 2 screws for fixing the shelf screen (fixing the shelf screen on the shelf), and the signal cable and power cable between the screens, and the screen The signal line and power line of the body incoming line.
Remarks: The above accessories are not all standard. The specific configuration type and quantity, please consult our company's business according to the project situation, or check the “Packaging list” issued by our company.
For example, four rows of four OC-SF-1.8 shelf screens (16 in total) are installed on a single shelf:
Step A. Fix the buckle on the back of each shelf screen with screws;
Step B. Set each of the four screens of the shelf screen into three groups, and fix the screws of the back connecting piece three times between the strips;
Step C. Fix each of the leftmost and rightmost ends of each group (length 300mm×4=1200mm) with screws;
Step D. Put each shelf of the shelf screen into a group, perform three times of short back power cord insertion between the strips, and then insert the short back signal lines three times;
Step E. Repeat the operation and splicing to complete four sets of 1.2m shelf screens;
Step F. Fix four sets of shelf screens on the shelf;
Step G. Insert the first row (top down number) into the second row of power cords, and insert the third to fourth row of power cords;
Step H. Inserting signal lines of the first row to the second row, the second row to the third row, and the third row to the fourth row;
Step I. Connect the two switching power supplies to the power input ports of the first row and the third row respectively;
Step J. Connect the network cable of the control computer to the signal input port of the fourth row;
Step K. Powering the switching power supply will control the computer to boot;
Step L. Open the software and set it according to the third and fourth sections below until the screen is displayed normally.
